Dual Carriageway to Puerto de Mazarron
The official bulletin of the Region of Murcia recently published the invitation to tender for a project to transform the stretch of the N-332 from Mazarron to Puerto de Mazarron into a dual carriageway. The works will be financed by the council for public works who have a budget of 167,485 Euros. The project is seen as key to improving the traffic flow on what has become a very busy stretch of road linking the two towns and the influx of summer tourists in the area means that queues can be long and frustrating.

Mazarron gets go ahead for Cultural Centre
The town hall of Mazarron has had approval from the Regional Government of the Autonomous Community of Murcia to invest 3.6 million Euros in the construction of a new Cultural Centre in the town. The funding will be provided by the council for Culture and Tourism.
