We are not estate agents. We act solely on behalf of you the buyer and we will always have your interests at heart. We are property brokers and we represent your interests here in Murcia. Estate Agents will always be the seller's representative.
The service we offer is different to your "run of the mill estate agents", we are not estate agents; we are property locators, based in the Costa Calida. We are also known as a buyer's broker and we act for you the buyer, we view the property with your requirements in mind.
We promise that there will be no hard sell, we believe in offering choice and your happiness is more important to us than making a quick buck! We help clients open their Spanish bank accounts, and apply for their NIE number and this is all at no charge to the customers.
In most cases Estate Agents, suggest that you use one of their associates who offers this service and you can be charged anything from 70€ per person to 120€ per person for these transactions! We don't believe in this practise and like to give something back to our clients, because without clients we would not be able to run such a successful business.
We will offer guidance and lots of information if you are looking to buy for investment or are buying to let. We've done it ourselves and we have first hand experience and you can benefit from our experience.
