The policies are underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyds of London and all policies are in English and Spanish. The help lines have English speaking staff, which is very helpful for those living in Spain who don't speak Spanish. The policy booklets and the policy's terms and conditions are similar to those you are familiar with in the UK and Ireland.
