ADS was formed in 2003 by Maura and Pat Dunne, a professional couple with many years experience of working for multinational blue chip companies in the UK. We were not in the estate agency business in the UK; but were always in customer service type roles where "the customer is always right" and "what the customer wants, the customer gets". We believe in treating people how we like to be treated ourselves and we have based our business on these key philosophies.
We are not estate agents, we represent you the client and have your best interests at heart.
We have gained an excellent reputation with our clients and also builders, promoters and a selection of carefully selected estate agents with whom we work.
Reputation is everything; it takes a long time to earn a good reputation but a very short time to lose it. Living in the area long term, we've built good relationships with many of the local shops, businesses, banks, and other expats operating in this area. Because of our extensive local knowledge we receive phone calls and text messages at all hours sometimes asking the most basic of questions but questions none the less that if you were in your home country you would probably know the answer.
Customers appear to have taken the approach "if in doubt, ask Maura, she knows everything!"
