We promise to report back to you by email and this report will include photographs and a detailed description of the properties viewed on your behalf. We actually view the properties on your behalf, we go with the agents, builders or promoters to the properties specifically with your requirements in mind; we don't just select the properties from a database and send them to you! What this means is that we know the details of the properties and can therefore answer any questions that you may have, because we have first hand knowledge!
You may be aware that estate agents in Spain do not currently offer detailed reports, measurements etc; most of their sales literature on properties is minimalist.
In the comfort of your own home, you can shortlist a selection of those properties, which you would like to view personally.
Upon receipt of your chosen list and subject to your arrival in the Costa Calida, we will make the appointments for you to view your selected properties

Common sense must tell you that it is best to view a selection of properties from a variety of agents, as opposed to an inspection trip sponsored
by one agent and viewing their properties solely. You wouldn’t do this at home, so why do this when purchasing a property abroad?
Our service is totally transparent, we receive our remuneration from what ever agent, builder or promoter you buy through, the price is the same irrespective of whether you go direct to the agent, builder or promoter or whether you come through us. Our role is to simplify the process and to streamline what could be conceived as a stressful process in a foreign country. We have been there ourselves and know how frustrating the Spanish bureaucracy can be, we are here to help!
We are living in this region; therefore we are fully up to date on new developments and the latest news about the area, etc, etc. The information that we will provide cannot be obtained on one or two flying visits to the area. We will produce a detailed unbiased report for you on the properties and the local area ‘warts and all’.
